Some Warm Tips About Crystal Clear UV Resin
1. There will be a slight smell when using UV resin, but it will disappear after curing. It is best to wear a mask and gloves.
2. According to the excellent self-degassing characteristics of TOPCHASE UV resin, generally speaking, if there are bubbles, they will rise to the top of the resin and disappear. If there are a few, just pop them out with a needle or toothpick.
3. It is best to choose a 36W UV lamp. It is best not to choose a lamp with low power, otherwise it will affect the curing effect or your crafts will stick to your hands.
4. According to the thickness of the mold, the front of the mold is cured with UV LED or flashlight light for 1-3 minutes, and the back of the mold is cured for 30 seconds to 2 minutes. The curing time of direct sunlight on sunny days or direct sunlight on cloudy days is different, please refer to the instruction manual.
5. Please make sure you are using a clear mold and there is no oil or other foreign matter. If light cannot penetrate the casting, it will not cure.
6. Please wait for about 5-7 minutes to cool down before demolding to avoid burns or leaving fingerprints on the surface of the work, because UV resin hardens quickly but sometimes it is not completely dry.
7. This UV resin is great for making small items, but not recommended for making large items.
