For added security, we’ve designed a more complex process to turn off and reset the device, ensuring that only you can control it. To turn off, press twice, wait for one beep, then press and hold for 3.5-5 seconds, and you’ll hear two beeps confirming it’s powered off. To reset (first delete the device from Find My), press twice for one beep, quickly press the button four times, and hold the fifth time until you hear a ring-ring sound, indicating the device has been reset and is powered on, ready to be connected to the Find My app.
