Usage Steps:

1. Prepare Materials: prepare coffee beans or tea leaves as needed, and adjust the amount of water according to the number of people and taste, up to 1L.

2. Fill Water: open the lid and pour the appropriate amount of water into the narrow-mouthed pot, and the water level does not exceed the maximum scale.

3. Set the Temperature: Plug in the power supply, turn on the pot switch, and select the appropriate temperature as needed (for example, 90-96°C for coffee and 80-85°C for tea).

4. Heating and Constant Temperature: The pot body will automatically heat to the set temperature and enter the constant temperature state to keep the water temperature stable.

5. Place Filter Paper: Select filter paper (log color or white), put it in the V60 coffee drip filter, rinse the filter paper with hot water and pour out the preheated water.

6. Grind Coffee Beans: Select the appropriate grinding degree according to the brewing method, and pour the ground coffee powder into the filter paper.

7. Hand-Brewed Coffee: Use a narrow-mouthed pot to pour water around at a steady speed, fill water in multiple times, and control the extraction time to about 2-3 minutes.

8. Brewing Tea: Put the appropriate amount of tea leaves into the tea strainer or teapot, slowly add water with a narrow-mouthed pot, and control the amount of water and brewing time.

9. Cleaning and Maintenance: Pour out the remaining water after use, wipe the narrow-mouthed pot with a soft cloth, discard the filter paper, rinse the drip filter, and descale regularly to maintain the performance of the equipment.
